Staying Healthy Mentally

Hi! Of Course Mental Health is very important! I will try to make this as short and sweet as possible. I realize that everyone does not have it so good where they can slow down a minute. Slowing down is good for your mental health by the way.....even during 2-4 hour concerts artists like Beyonce said, "Lets slow screw this down for a minute" and Tina Turner said, "We are going to do this nice and slow." It's okay people, don't take life too too serious!!!!! I have to remind myself this same point. We all get mental. What is considered healthy mental? I am a Master at it, MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to be exact.
